Rescue Me VT is honored to be the home for Jess's Happy Ever After program, created and funded in memory of Jessica Pomerleau-Halnon, who was an INCREDIBLE human (understatement) with an immense passion for canine rescue and care.  Through this program we are able to rescue, vet, care for, and provide basic training for pups without a home.  We then match them with fantastic adopters and provide post-adoption training support for them and their new human(s) with the goal of providing MANY Happy Ever Afters (Thanks to you Jess <3!!!!)
